I have taken to paper. Letter in the mail
already. Will also be on this flight in
very near future. UA is the ONLY carrier on
this route non-stop from SFO. We have
spoken with our wallets. We now both also
hold highest status on AA. Thanks for your
comments. They are also appreciated.
