I wake up and get dissed on UA service!
I am sick of UA Intl. service. For the past
year my Japanese national friend has been
complaining about UA service to Japan and
back. She is earned 1k. She used 120k
points to fly F to Japan yesterday. My
problem is she complains to me and not UA
attendents in flight. I call 1k customer
service to document her complaints. I've
done the letter bit and get vouchers/SWU
back but we just want SERVICE. I offer my
name and our toll-free number if one of the
brains at UA wants to call about service.
The CSR says they will read but not call
anyone back. Good luck UA. You have made
your own bed.
