Well that's good to know about the late checkout. I was thinking of staying at the airport the night before our departure (which is a 9 am flight). Not only won't we have to worry about problems on the way to the airport (I understand the drive to CDG takes about an hour) - but we'll save about 800 euros.

DavidO - My agent said breakfast (of any kind) is NOT included in this rate (which I will note is 990 euros/night) during my stay. I have a copy of the 2008 Virtuoso book and breakfast is not listed as an amenity for this property (all that's listed is something like cookies and a bottle of water). So are you absolutely sure about this (and if you are - why are you sure - is there anything in writing anywhere)? I would certainly like breakfast to be included - but I don't want to make a fuss about something unless I'm sure I'm right. You can PM or email me if you'd rather not say anything in public.

FWIW - this agent has been a Virtuoso agent for a really long time. He has a pretty large operation as far as travel agents go. He used to make all my travel plans when I lived in another city. But - since I moved a decade ago - I have pretty much done things myself. Except for the cruise he planned for us (which we had to cancel). Hence my desire to get my facts straight before I say anything. Robyn
