Philly itself is fine but I have never failed to have a dreadful experience when passing through PHL airport, last night the BA employee was rude beyond belief, the second one threw a hissy fit when I asked that my husband have the boarding pass that was printed for him and held while he parked the car, The TSA were barking commands like they were selling bananas on a street market, had to take off sweaters to keep them satisfied, screener went through my carry on without changing gloves, spilt the kids toys on the floor and just left them for me to clear up, toilets and belts out of action, no shops after 9 so not able to buy anything to drink...glad to be off on time for a change
