Both 777 flights late last year on the newly configured planes had malfunctioning IFE systems. Both times it was eventually fixed with one (and in the other case two) system reboots, that took some 30 min plus.

In November got stuck by a client on Korean Airlines in coach. Their coach class IFE had more programming than the new premium class AA systems and worked great. I think AA made a bad purchasing decision...
