Moonbeam, what's your experience with upgrades at the Halkin as a Tablet Plus member? I ask because I stayed there a couple of years ago on a LHW reservation, and as a Leaders Club member should have been upgraded (based on availability) but was not, despite a specific request from LHW and the facts that it was my birthday and the hotel was not full.
