I did a LHR-ZRH two days ago in Q on a Hotline booking and noticed that 0 miles were showing in MMB before the flight! I thought this was yet another MMB "feature" and that the miles would post eventually, with or without BAEC intervention.

The flight description has just posted in my list of transactions:

Ineligible flight - LONDON HEATHROW - ZURICH (M/Q)
BA720(Booking ref: XXXXXX)

The miles column is empty (not even 0). The only time I get "Ineligible flight" is on a staff ID80 ticket, which I expect, but I always got miles on my Hotline flights before.

Is this right and if so, is this a recent change?
