I am typing this message from that property right now. I'm not dead yet.

I have stayed here three times in the last 30 days. This property is an average, business class Marriott hotel.

On all three occasions, I have been upgraded at least to the Concierge floor and one time an awsome upgrade to the Morris Suite (all on corporate rates, BTW). The Concierge Lounge serves a good hot breakfast (better than some Courtyards!) and a decent hot snack in the evenings.

My biggest beef is that the restaurant is closed in the evenings - you have to use one of the two bars for dinner.
