I would not jump on it being RCC members. Remember that all it takes to get in is a C or F class international boarding pass. Nothing like getting into Narita and going to the club and there is no place to sit down and you KNOW that probably 75% of the people in there are not members.

On a side, NRT has staff that busses the tables regularly and is fairly clean.
