pretty much right BUT the rules of miles and more also state that upgrade on codeshare is not permitted so an agent that writes such stuff in the booking violates the rules.... and belive me that is not funny if you do such when you get coached... at the gate the people have more options and so they can run an upgrade even if its on codeshare there easy
