Do you like to gamble? You could try the Grand Victoria Casino. I think the rooms and service there have gotten mixed reviews, but at least you can escape the cold and stay inside to gamble all day.

Although I'm not sure about the level of kids activities there, so maybe it wouldn't be a good choice.
