Agree with Baaz. I found you have to have your head at the top (which is almost compulsary for me at 6') and use your weight on your shoulder to lock it down flat. Of course, the second you roll over and transfer your weight to the middle it springs back up again...
Some of the F seats also do this with a see saw effect as you move around. The seat essentially pivots slightly around the join between seat bottom and back rest. I thought this was a minor annoyance but I have never noticed this phenomenon in F until quite recently.
