I checked SeatGuru...
Looks like the 777s UA flies ORD-HNL only have domestic F up front, not biz class seats. The 763s AA flies DFW-HNL do appear to have the lie-flat seats, though. ^ And NW's A330s have lie-flat seats (but at a 4-degree angle from horizontal; head slightly higher than feet).
