Also, AA only operate Business Class and Economy on their 2 class international routes, even if it is operated by a 'domestic' aircraft such as a 757 (where they'd sell the front cabin as First). Hence you'd get only 120 tier points each way on the MIA-SJO codeshare. Better than the 60 each way you'd earn on the AA flight number though.
