would be the best, and vastly superior to anything else. but it would require 2 stops, and is not cheap.

hmm, theoretically you could drive 100 miles to JFK. you could even not tell your wife youre flying out, just say youre going to NYC. youd just have to pack a little additional beach stuff, and perhaps things like earplanes, meds, etc for on the plane if your wife uses them.
