Airlines that will get anywhere near Economy plus on ORD-HYD will include British Airways (World Traveller Plus) & Virgin Atlantic (Premium Economy) to DEL/BOM. United Airlines E+ & an onward flight with bmi to BOM would work as well. To get from the Indian city you arrive in to HYD; Jet & Kingfisher would be worth flying. They don't offer economy plus, but they have service levels in Y better than those in First Class on US Domestics.
