They forgot to mention that one of the best features of Elite/Super Elite is the extra seats made available when booking award travel. I'm sitting comfortably in J on my YUL-LAS flights, while my family members, who scrape miles together by buying OJ and gas, are still denied seats on the flights they want. Also, flying to Hong Kong or Europe with the extra baggage allowance is a tangible benefit to me and to many others. Still, it was a short report, so I guess they can't cover everything, but man, lounges are the very tip of the benefits iceberg...
