I checked too. A card would be convenient, but its absence is not a deal-killer. However, I did not like this part:
To attain AAdvantage elite status, members must fly at least four flights on American Airlines or American Eagle within the qualifying year.
Miles are OK, but easier status would be even better (actually the reason I'm looking elsewhere than Finnair).
