That is not so true these days and all credit to BA, their CS has got hugely better the last 6 months. You could argue that it's a shame it's had to because that's a direct result of the rise in complaints but let's side-step that
That is encouraging to hear. I wrote twice (pre-GGL in the Spring) and got crap in response, which left me pondering why I had even bothered trying to point a (seemingly major) problem. Certainly couldn't be arsed to write again. I also didn't get 50K miles either.
