I just did my first UA TPACs ever (in C), and on NRT-SEA I would have welcomed the chance to sleep an extra hour rather than wake up to "BREAKFAST? WOULD YOU LIKE BREAKFAST?" so early, especially since the dinner service didn't conclude until 2.5 hours into a 7.5 hour flight. I didn't remember lunch taking that long on the outbound before falling asleep.
