I am surprising my wife with a trip to Hawaii for our 10th anniversary. We will be flying first class.

I am asking for help on what airline has the best First Class product from either the Philly Metro area or DC area.

I am currently a US Airways Dividend Miles Gold Member but I am not limited to the Star Alliance member at this point, but it wouldn't hurt.

Thanks for your input...

It's pretty well settled on FT that Continental's EWR-HNL F product blows away everything else. You will get international business class seats and decent food, unlike pretty much every other US carrier's flights between the mainland and HI. American has some flights with international business class seating in "F" but the catering is reputedly not much to write home about. Plus, you'd have to get to ORD or DFW to pick up one of those. Continental has a nonstop EWR-HNL.
