Man, their fares are high, planes are late, cabins are lookin' pretty raggy, and my upgrades to 1st last year were about 50%. And as much as I don't want to use the old terminal here in Anchorage, I'm thinking about giving Continental a look. Is NWA really a bad airline? I haven't flown them for years...
