Sorry, my mistake.

Turns out they were flying SP's and 200's in 1976. So I don't know what we flew but it definitely stopped at SID. I also recall that for a while the flights to Europe stopped at Windhoek. I think that may have been to extend the range and obviate the refuelling stop at SID.

By the mid to late 80's they were flying 200's, 300's and SP's to Europe going by the pictures on airliners.net.
