I don't know about food on the flight, but the Board Room in SEA will have bread for toast, English muffins, scones, possibly some muffins, bagels (with plain, strawberry, and no-fat cream cheese), OJ, Apple Juice, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, yogurt, and alcohol drinks if you're so inclined. (We've been known to have mimosas for breakfast in the Board Room on vacation flights.) Sometimes there are bananas around, too.
