You do not accue HHonors points for any taxes.

Just a thought - but did your rate include service as well as taxes? If so, you do not get points on service either.

Were there anys incidential charges (e.g. sps, parking, shop, etc.) that were not eligible for charges.

It might help is you quoted your room night, number of nights, total bill, and list the various incidential charges.
