It's a hot topic on a Web site used by frequent flyers and business travelers.

Attitude, or "Philly-tude," is a problem at Philadelphia International Airport, according to travelers posting complaints on www.flyertalk.com, a message board for frequent flyers.

They said it is the bad attitude and unwillingness to help that gives Philadelphia a bad rap.

One Web poster, who travels through the airport, called it the "City of Brotherly Shove."
