I was there too. It wasn't a demand at all. Let's just say that the first UA supervisor we spoke to at SFO essentially told us that the arrivals lounge was closed and that she was sorry. That was it. She didn't feel that anything needed to be done. The second supervisor, who just happened by while the first one went away for a minute, was amazing. Within 15 seconds of hearing that we were unhappy about the lack of shower facilities he offered to check on two shower options for us. It was hard to believe that these two people represented the same company. Their attitudes were
entirely different.
