EF and KVS somehow have different rules for these fares. EF list a transpac fare with much lower MPM, whereas KVS lists the Atlantic fare with MPM 20550. ITA and Exp etc. seem to be finding the KVS Sabre fare. And yes, the MPM can effectively be doubled for r/ts, as long as one stays below 25M of MPM each way.
