Does anyone have any experience with them?

I've booked a Yaris (i hope) with them for a two day visit at the end of January. And am curious to know where their location is at the airport, anything I should know in advance, should I get the insurance or just rely on my own/credit card.

Opinions and suggestions are welcome.
