When searching, click the box that says "OnePass Reward Upgrade". (It is near the search button on the advance search browser. And Yes, although there are plenty of open seats in FC, that does not mean any can be upgraded into. CO generally holds upgrade seats until the last minutes but it can also be avaliable months in advance.
