LX has agreements with all codeshare-partners.
If the flight is not operated by a M&M-airline, you get award-miles, but no status-miles and no exec-bonus. The only exception were the flights ZRH-Skopje, but AFAIK, LX has stopped their code-share-agreement with the Macedonian Airline. On ZRH-KLU operated by MH you get award-miles, but the last flight is in 4 weeks...
If the flight is operated by a M&M-airline, the rules for this partner apply.
LH has no code-share-flights with non-M&M-airlines.
OS, LO = ?
Flights with a wetlease-agreement (operated by Helvetic, Darwin, Privatair, Tyrolean etc.) count of course as real LX/LH/OS-flights.
