Since I love FT and Traveling, I wanted to post this here.
I just graduated from San Diego State University with a degree (B.S.) in Finance. I've worked in a specialty luxury goods industry for the past six years and have extensive experience in customer service and relations. I have acquired extensive product knowledge and excellent communications skills by focusing on providing and meeting customer needs and expectations.
I've the MS Office suite of programs and have specifically used MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in my studies and work environment.
To date I've been responsible for purchasing, inventory management, customer service, e-commerce, mail order sales, advertising, capital budgeting and product evaluation for various businesses in the San Diego area.
I've worked for small businesses as well as large corporations and am equally comfortable in each environment. My experience in management involves making purchasing decisions, product evaluations, cash handling, and managing work-groups to effectively meet customer needs as well as optimizing sales opportunities.
I earned a Private Pilot's License from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona. I also hold dual citizenship with an EU country and have an EU Passport. I've traveled around Europe and am conversational in French and comfortable in unfamiliar environments.
