You stand a good chance to make it. Today the CVG flight arrived (gate) at 9:24 and the AF flight to Bangalore left the gate 20 min late. A connection in that direction is easier to make as you do not have to go through the extra CDG security measures for US departures.
Expertflyer lists DL44 reliability as 74%/23min, meaning that the flight was on time 74% of the time, and that the average delay is 23 min. Even if your flight is late, there is a chance that the AF flight will also be late or will wait for you a few minutes. For your info AF192 to BLR is listed 52%/29min.

Hopefully, the two flights are issued on the same DL ticket, so that AF will know where you are coming from. It is common for those AF flights to be delayed because they wait for connecting pax. They might even arrange special transport for you. Whether the luggage makes it is another question. But keep hoping.

If your DL44 is too late, then DL is supposed to take care of you. Because there is only one daily flight to BLR out of CDG, it will probably mean spending a day in Paris. There seems to be few rerouting options. DL should/will provide you with food and hotel. However, you should not expect any compensation unless there is a cancelled flight. If the two flights are on separate tickets, then you would have a serious problem in case the first CVG flight is delayed.
