Final update:
- Received an invitation into the AA Admiral's Club at check-in time. A very pleasant surprise, and gratefully accepted, even if it wasn't quite as nice as an MLL.
- SCL-YYZ flight was absolutely full. AC must be doing well on the SCL/EZE route. While my friend and I were able to offer my bulkhead row seat to someone, to let us sit together, at least one other pair of travellers were separated by 20 rows.
- Flight operated on an XM'ed 763, with AVOD to help pass the time. Both dinner and breakfast served.
- Ticket in V class (Tango Plus) was credited for 5366 status miles, plus 2683 50% non-status bonus miles as per Elite benefit selection.
- The outbound AA flights in W class also received 100% AAdvantage status miles.
