I've posted this before. . .have the agent make a reservation for you (this can be fake). Get the confirmation number. Thank the agent. Hang up. Call back. Ask for a supervisor. Give the confirmation number. Explain that that agent was less than helpful. Voila! No hassle with the agent. You have a "record" of who they are.

Also, really ask yourself if it's worth the hassle????
