While not technically worthy of a complaint to AA, I'd be peeved about losing a blocked seat, and about non-status pax being opped-up a) above status pax, and, b) by the FA who lacks the authority to do that. If they didn't want the AC blocking seats, then they wouldn't give them the power to do it.
