Perhaps the woman who was moved to share the OP's seat row was also an EXP?

You never can tell- while one is making a last minute run for Platinum, another might be doing the same to assure EXP: I accompanied Lady JDiver SFO-LAX-SFO just a few days ago, while she did a last-minute MR to assure EXP due to cancelled flights because of a health issue that cropped up (not that I made it early this year - I requalified Dec 26.)

IMO, late requalification - it's a "Biloxi Fire Department" issue.
