We were also in Ecuador / the Galapagos recently - the week before and over Thanksgiving. It is a trip I have dreamed of taking for several years now.

Here are our pics...

So glad someone else also had a wonderful experience!

If you are considering taking this trip, GO! Yes, it's expensive, but worth every penny!

We sailed on the Yacht Fragata and booked through Paul Beaver @ Amazonia Expeditions (www.perujungle.com). I have taken a couple trips through Paul and HIGHLY recommend his travel agency and this boat.

The Yacht Fragata is small - only 16 passengers - so we got to know all the passengers. The guide was excellent and the Captain even let me drive the boat for awhile!
