I'm expecting them to refuse, in which case I will initiate a civil action. The tags meant nothing and I'm incensed. If you claim to have a service you need to deliver on it. If you can't, don't pretend to offer it.
Oh gosh. I should claim a class action suit against all the other airlines that haven't delivered my Priority labelled on time in the past then... hmm let's see, there was BA in Nov last year, AC - most of the time, SA - when they lost my bag last week...
