Very funny!

On last nights 598 to MAN my two bags and set of skis came off last. Yes, last! So if £10 is for 'in the middle' of the delivery it should be £20/bag for last off?

Or maybe you get nothing if yours is the 1st bag off but 10p for every subsequent bag that comes off that isn't yours! So fly to ORD on a packed flight and hope yours is the last off and you could be quids in!!
