To be honest, it's a waste of the stamp. On the other hand, it's a good way to clarify BMI's usage of the priorty tag, and how the marketing department thinks it should be used.
In my own experience, the priority tag is useless in DUB, LHR, ARN, OSL, CPH, ZRH, IAD, SFO, CDG... and so on. The only place I've seen it work is FRA with LH. Many times in Dublin, the check-in staff don't bother to put the tag on it.
If it's a benefit, then it should work and we should know how BMI (and their handling agents) expect it to work.
