Of course not, it would be a total nuisance suit, and I can't wait for it to end up in Chancery. In fact I'm going to seek counsels opinion over a pint at lunch.
Do you remember letting me use your laptop in the pub to check-in? Well I got to the airport and used my GUV and moved from 5AC to 4AC. They didn't load any champagne

Oh and the J cabin was full of off-duty crew chattering away. When we started our descent and the seat belt sign came on, one of the off duty crew was perched on the armrest of 3C chatting to her mate in 3C. I guess turbulence doesn't affect crew. All told it was actually a nice flight but I'm still het up about how long it took to get my Tumi back. Yes on second thoughts perhaps I should bring this claim to the attention of the Queen's Bench sooner rather than later. If only I didn't have to give BD the option to respond to my initial complaint and demonstrate I have done all that could be reasonably expected of me to resolve this first. These pre civil action protocols can be a right pain - we should move straight onto the hanging if you ask me.
