Priority Bags - last off - compensation
I have decided to write to customer services requestion £10 compensation for the fact my bag, with its priority tag, was the last to be delivered in DUB. I'm also requesting another £10 for the fact my bag, with a priority tag, was somewhere in the middle of the abgs delivered at LHR.
I wonder how I'll get on?
I'm expecting them to refuse, in which case I will initiate a civil action. The tags meant nothing and I'm incensed. If you claim to have a service you need to deliver on it. If you can't, don't pretend to offer it.
