I have had it happen several times. I've called web support to fix it (which takes them about 30 minutes) or just have it corrected at the airport. As long as I see the flight in My Itineraries and I can see my seat assignment, I'm not concerned that it will cancel. The only difference between our flights is that mine have been revenue.
