NCL, Carnival, Windstar and many other lines have chartered an entire ship for this purpose. Several travel agencies specialize in this type of charter. Not my kind of thing, but know many that have been regulars.
A full-ship charter is the only way a cruise line would allow a nude cruise -- and yes, they do happen frequently. Having never been on one though, I'd be interested to know... is the crew nude too???
