Just perusing the ebay auctions for AA related items and came across this auction for an old AA ad.

My question is.. What did she do back in 1980?

Just next to her face it says "Passenger Service Representative". Was this the equivalent of todays "Redcoat" Premium Services?

Based on the staff member in the background she's not a regular TA. Was she empowered to do more than TA/GA's?

My history with AA doesn't go back to the eighties.
