As I understand it, there is an agent as the baggage belt where you drop your already tagged bags. They will put the priority tags on.
Now, how they know you require a Priority tag is another question...I would assume you might need to prompt them for one.
...unless they completely eliminate business class check-in for Elites, I will avail myself of this feature.
