I was missing 960 miles from various times, the earliest December 2006, the latest a couple of weeks ago. Funnily enough I had 150 miles credited once the day after I used the NCP flightpath parking in Heathrow. I never use it for longer than a couple of days and the balance due is usually 140 miles or less. I was wondering whether there is some kind of minimum threshold, otherwise miles would not post?

PS: Do you usually get a response or miles just post without any email reply after emailing DC?
