I'm currently trying to get my girlfriends miles into her DC account for flights taken recently with Singapore Air. We're currently in New Zealand, so would rather not post the boarding passes all that distance, so I have e-mailed DC twice trying to get some indication as to whether a fax, or simply checking against the PAX records on their part would be acceptable instead...but after a two week wait since each e-mail (sent from their website) no replies.

We're not back in the UK for six months, so is posting the BPs from here going to be the only option in order to actually get the miles credited?

If it's the only option, they'll go in the post, but as DC don't seem to be forthcoming in an answer I thought I'd ask you folks!
