Typically, the MQM's will post after your first billing cycle. I have been persistent with Amex Platinum before, and sometimes you just have to get the person that rolled out of bed in the right mood that day. I've found that a little sweet talking and empathy goes a long way with those people. I mean, they dont want to be stuck behund a desk hearing .....y people.
